ÖAMTC rust protection promotion

Since 2015 we organize in cooperation with the federal guild and the ÖAMTC, the Austrian Automobile Motorcycle and Touring Club, our free “Rust Check Promotion”. The results for the car drivers are impressive and alarming at the same time: Already half of the up to five-year-old cars show rust.

Gugler Water Turbines GmbH

On 3 December 2015 the new power station Stubenberg started its trial operation, where we participated for Gugler Water Turbines GmbH. Since 2013 we have been protecting the water turbines of this long-established Upper Austrian company with our Zinga system.

Siemens Rail Systems

Since 1995 we have been supplying the Siemens Rail Systems Division, for example with adhesives for ÖBB railjets and underbody and surface protection for trams type Avenio.

We conserved, among other things, the guide rails of SÜSA DT3-F Nuremberg as well as the battery boxes and the toilet pedestal of RZW Israel. Salt deposits and surface rust in the underfloor area of the VAL-208-vehicles for the metro system in Uijeongbu (South Korea) were derusted and processed with Dinitrol products.

Kaprun Seilbahnen (Kaprun Cable Cars)

We also prove our expertise continuously in the bonding technology. The cabins of the Kaprun cable cars are a particular challenge due to the temperature fluctuations.

Municipal enterprises Innsbruck

Oldtimer Schad

For almost three decades vintage car restorer Schad north of Frankfurt, Germany, has impressed lovers of classic cars with his extensive knowledge and skills. There are three main business areas on the 4000m² big premises: classic car body, classic car varnish, classic car Mercedes-Benz. Particularly important with regard to the restoration and maintenance of vintage cars is the cavity and underbody sealing with high-quality anti-rust products.

Iseki

Iseki, manufacturer of special vehicles, has trusted in our products since 2013. For 40 years Iseki has stood for quality and reliability. The company mainly produces tractors with various attachments such as snow blowers, sweepers or mowers for municipal users and for gardening and landscaping businesses. Comprehensive rust prevention is highly important for a long service life, especially for heavily loaded devices that are usually used in extreme conditions. Actually, the underbody of agricultural equipment is often exposed to increased abrasion and stone chipping; gritters must also withstand moisture and road salt.

Austrian Armed Forces

DKS protects our Armed Forces! For decades, the Austrian Armed Forces have relied on our experience and our products. The army vehicles are affected by strong mechanical and chemical influences. This leads to corrosion damages on the paint surface, mounting parts and between the joints. Without surface or cavity protection the corrosion process begins within a very short time. The requirements of each vehicle are very different, which is a challenge for us that we have so far dealt with very well.
